Peer Exchanges are small, invite-only roundtables where Microsoft 365 service owners and IT leaders from large organisations compare notes with people doing the same job. No vendors in the room, no slides to sit through, and nothing leaves the group.
How they work
- Same people, every time. Around ten practitioners from enterprise organisations meet every six to eight weeks, so trust builds and conversations pick up where they left off.
- Chatham House Rule. Share the real story: what broke, what it cost, what you'd do differently. Nothing is attributed outside the group.
- Vendor-agnostic. Industry supporters fund the programme so it stays free, but they are never in the room and never see who attended or what was said.
- Practitioner-led. Each session opens with one member walking through their estate or a recent decision, then the group digs in. Tom Arbuthnot or another MVP chairs; a group chat keeps the conversation going between sessions.
- 60 minutes, online. Occasional in-person meet-ups alongside our London and Manchester events.
