James Rodd

Co-Founder and CEO of Modality Systems, a globally recognised award-winning Microsoft Unified Communication and Collaboration business.
James headed the organisation with a focus on Growth and Global Expansion, establishing international capability in the US, APAC and Germany.  

Ultimately leading to the successful acquisition of Modality Systems by PGI in 2015. James continued to lead Modality until the eventual divestiture away from PGI to UK PE backed GCi in 2019.
